Refund Policy for SortWedPics

Refund Eligibility

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, as long as you haven't used the service for that Event. This policy applies on a per-Event basis to one-off Event purchases made through SortWedPics.

For clarity, your order is considered "used" once you upload any photos to SortWedPics for the relevant Event or invite Guests to access your Event (for example, by sending gallery or sharing links). Simply creating an account or viewing the dashboard without uploading photos or inviting Guests does not count as using the service for that Event.

Subscriptions and Recurring Plans

If you are on a subscription or recurring plan (for example, a professional photographer plan), subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by applicable consumer law. You can usually cancel your subscription so that it does not renew for the next billing period, but amounts already paid for the current period will not be refunded unless we are required to do so by law.

You can cancel your subscription at any time; your access will normally continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

Non-Refundable Situations

We typically cannot offer a refund in the following situations:

  • The Event has already taken place and the service has been used (for example, photos have been uploaded or Guests have accessed galleries).
  • You or your Guests did not upload or find specific photos you were hoping for, or our AI features did not recognize or group every guest correctly. As explained in our Terms and Conditions, AI-powered recognition is probabilistic and cannot be guaranteed to be perfect.
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window, unless required by applicable consumer law.

Duplicate Charges, Technical Issues, and Credits

If you believe you were charged twice by mistake, purchased the same Event more than once, or could not use the service due to a technical issue on our side, please contact us and we will review your case. Where appropriate, we may issue a refund or, in certain cases (for example, a rescheduled wedding), we may, at our discretion, offer credits so you can use the service for a new Event.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please reply to your purchase email or contact us at support@sortwedpics.com with your order details (including the email you used for purchase, the Event name/date, and a short explanation of your request). We'll review your request and, if approved, process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once we have processed your refund, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to apply the credit to your account. This timing is outside of our control and may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment method.

If your purchase was made using a promotion or discount, the same refund rules apply unless we explicitly state otherwise in the terms of that promotion.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws (for example, statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights for certain online purchases in the EU or UK). Where such laws grant you additional or different refund rights, those mandatory rules will apply and take precedence over this policy to the extent of any conflict.
